So happy they are finally open!! The business opened on March 1st and the owner is super friendly and personable. I am not vegan but I do enjoy eating vegan… read more food! I ended up coming on “Mushroom Monday”  and ordered the Mushroom Pasta, Coconut Cake, and Apple Pie with the cake definitely being the star of the food. The pasta was full of flavor and packed a punch with the spice. The noodles were a bit mushy but the favor kept me going back for more. The apple pie was pretty good so we ate it heated up at home which was great! The coconut cake was on a whole other level…it was so good we came back for 2 more slices to take home! It was by far the best vegan cake I’ve ever had. The cake  was moist, the buttercream was creamy, and the amount of coconut flavor that we received with every bite was unlike anything we’ve had.
After talking with the chef/owner, he said that they switch up the food theme every day so I’ll be stalking their instagram (@vaveganfood) to see what they come up with next!! I’m excited to keep trying new things.

I have never… read more been a lover of vegan food but now see what I have been missing…interesting unique surprisingly succulent dishes such as mashed potatoes with quinoa burgers and gravy, spaghetti alla boscaiola and the recent addition of a pineapple and vegetable sandwich. Fast food chain restaurants abound in our city but this family-owned establishment is akin to a Beethoven symphony among ordinary ditties. My hope is that our community will support this nascent business enough to allow it not just to survive but thrive….to continue adding a even more exciting array of selections to their menu.

  Absolutely incredible! I don’t normally eat vegan food, but if I did I could eat here every single day. Mr. Fuller was charismatic and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!
